I am delighted to advise that Flying Colours HR received the Bronze Award for the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) 2 weeks ago and Jenny Robertson was presented with the Award by HRFCA REED Roy McLellan.

The Scheme encourages employers to support the defence community which includes serving personnel, veterans, reservists, their partners and cadet instructors across the tri-services (Royal Air Force, British Army and Royal Navy).
