Flying Colours HR can provide realistic advice and guidance on the interview process having been the recruiter interviewing in a number of companies for over 23 years.

We can show you how the competency interview works and what wins you the marks to get the grades you need in the interview. We will also share example questions and answers with you.

We will discuss body language/non-verbal cues and explore some of the difficult questions you may be asked and how to answer them positively.

We can also give you guidance on what to wear for the interview; it is always better to be over dressed than under dressed for interview!

We can also carry out mock interviewing if you would like to help you prepare for that interview; this will be carried out remotely via Zoom or TEAMs.  We’ll give you advice to help you through the remote interview process, which is the most common method of first stage of the interview process at the moment.

We will provide constructive and honest feedback to help you understand how the interviewer thinks and how to avoid some of the pitfalls so that it increases your chances of getting that job.
