Flying Colours HR will create a covering letter for you to send out to speculative companies who aren’t advertising at the moment, a type of role you are interested in. This covering letter will be clear and concise. By being proactive sending out this letter, you will give an employer positive first impressions of you as it demonstrates you are genuinely interested in their company.

Whilst they may not have a job right now, they may come back to you when they have a role. We know this, because it has happened to us; even up to a year later. They may invite you in for the interview process along with other candidates, however, already you will have demonstrated a genuine interest in the company which will reflect well on you.
